Are you asking about the fish list or telling, because a Male betta will most likely kill the female and the gourami (they're related species).
Rocks are OK as long as they aren't showing any signes of metal deposits. If the rock looks like it has metallic veins in it or if it looks rusty, don't put it in the tank. You don't need to boil the rocks, but if you want you can soak them in a mild bleach solution (like a capful per 10 gallons, there are better directions out there). Let them soak for a day or so, then let them soak in clean water for another day. Rinse them in water that's been overdosed with dechlorinator afterwards, just to be safe.
Wood can be tricky. Some wood emits toxins as it rots (in the tank) and can kill your fish. It can also cary all sorts of parasites, diseases, and pests. If you have a piece that you absolutely want to use, boil it for a good long time, in different batches of water.
